Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 August 2026

These terms govern access to ashworth.pro and the purchase of any material offered through it. Using the site indicates acceptance of them.

1. Eligibility

This site and its material are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Access and purchase require legal capacity to enter into a contract under applicable law.

2. Nature of the material

Ashworth publishes editorial and educational material on household economics. The material is informational. It is not financial advice, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, or professional advice of any other kind, and it is not a recommendation to take, avoid, or alter any financial action.

No professional relationship of any kind is created by accessing this site, by purchasing material, or by corresponding with Ashworth.

3. No outcome claims

Ashworth makes no representation that reading, purchasing, or applying any published material will produce any particular result, financial or otherwise. No published material is described as a method, system, formula, protocol, or procedure that yields an outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as an implied claim of that kind.

4. Licence

Purchase of digital material grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for individual, non-commercial use. It does not transfer ownership of the material or any intellectual property in it.

Redistribution, resale, public posting, sharing of access credentials, and creation of derivative works are not permitted without written authorisation.

5. Intellectual property

All text, layout, design, and compiled material on this site is the property of Ashworth or is used under licence, and is protected by Brazilian Law nº 9.610/1998 and by international copyright treaties. The Ashworth name and mark may not be used without written authorisation.

Quotation for the purpose of criticism, comment, or reporting is permitted within the limits of applicable copyright law, with attribution.

6. Acceptable use

  • Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or systematic extraction of site content is not permitted.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure are not permitted.
  • Use of the site to distribute unlawful material, or in a manner that interferes with its operation, is not permitted.

7. Purchases and payment

Where material is offered for sale, the price and currency are displayed before the transaction is completed. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms; Ashworth does not receive or store full card details.

Access to purchased material is delivered to the email address supplied at checkout. Refund terms are set out in full on the Refund Policy page and form part of these terms.

8. Payment disputes

Where a charge appears to be incorrect or unrecognised, contacting support@ashworth.pro resolves the matter faster than a bank dispute, and does so without prejudice to any right to raise a dispute with a card issuer or bank. Ashworth cooperates fully with payment providers and card issuers in the investigation of any dispute, and supplies transaction records where requested.

9. Availability

The site is provided on an as-available basis. Ashworth does not warrant uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or its material at any time. Where material already purchased is withdrawn from sale, existing licences remain valid.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ashworth's aggregate liability arising from the site or from any material purchased through it is limited to the amount paid for that material in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990) and any mandatory consumer protection applying in the buyer's own jurisdiction.

11. Third-party links

Links to external sites are provided for reference. Ashworth does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, their practices, or their privacy policies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the courts of the domicile of Ashworth, except where mandatory consumer protection law in the buyer's jurisdiction provides otherwise.

13. Changes

These terms may be revised. Revisions are published on this page with an updated date and apply from publication. Terms applying to a completed purchase are those in force at the time of that purchase.
