Refund Policy
Last updated: 21 August 2026
Material purchased from Ashworth can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. A reason is not required.
The window
Refund requests are accepted for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, counted from the timestamp on the transaction record. Requests received after that period are considered individually but fall outside the standard policy.
Access to the material during the refund window does not affect eligibility. There is no requirement to demonstrate that the material was read, applied, or found unsatisfactory.
How to request one
Refunds are requested by email to support@ashworth.pro. Including the following in the first message avoids a round of correspondence:
- The email address used at checkout
- The approximate date of purchase
- The order or transaction reference, if available
- A statement that a refund is being requested
Requests are acknowledged within two working days.
Processing and timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider within five working days of approval. The time taken for funds to appear is then determined by the card issuer or bank, and is typically between five and fifteen working days depending on the institution and the country. Ashworth has no control over that interval.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where the original method is no longer active, the payment provider's own procedure applies.
Where a purchase was made in a currency other than the currency of the account charged, the amount returned may differ from the amount originally debited, because the exchange rate applied on the refund date is set by the card issuer and not by Ashworth.
Access after a refund
Access to refunded material is withdrawn once the refund is processed, and the licence granted at purchase ends. Material downloaded before the refund is to be deleted.
Limits
Refunds are limited to one per person for the same material. Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles for the same item, and requests connected to redistribution of purchased material, fall outside this policy.
Where a purchase was made through a third-party marketplace or reseller rather than directly from Ashworth, that party's refund policy governs the transaction.
Statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not replace, rights available under law. Buyers in Brazil retain the rights set out in the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), including the seven-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases under Article 49. Buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom retain their statutory withdrawal rights, subject to the rules that apply to digital content supplied immediately. Where a statutory right provides more than this policy does, the statutory right applies.
Before contacting a bank
A direct refund request is settled faster than a bank dispute and reaches the same result. Contacting support@ashworth.pro first is therefore the quicker route, though nothing here restricts the right to raise a dispute with a card issuer at any time.
