Contact
Ashworth is reachable by email. There is no telephone line and no physical address open to visitors.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC−3). Messages sent outside these hours are read on the next working day.
Typical response time
Within two working days. Requests involving payment records may take longer where a payment provider has to be contacted.
What to include
Messages are handled faster when they contain the relevant details in the first email. Depending on the subject, that generally means:
- For a question about a purchase: the email address used at checkout, the approximate date, and the order or transaction reference if available.
- For a refund request: the same details, plus a statement that a refund is being requested. A reason is not required.
- For a correction: the article title and the passage in question.
- For a data request under privacy law: the email address associated with the record and the nature of the request.
Common requests
Access to purchased material. Access details are sent to the email address given at checkout, immediately after payment is confirmed. Where they have not arrived, the spam folder is the first place to check; if they are not there, an email to support resolves it.
Refunds. The terms are set out in full on the Refund Policy page.
Unsubscribing. Every email sent by Ashworth contains an unsubscribe link. It can also be handled by replying to any message.
Data requests. Access, correction and deletion requests are described on the Privacy Policy page.
What is out of scope
Ashworth does not respond to requests for financial advice, does not assess individual financial situations, and does not offer consultations, coaching, or personalised guidance. Correspondence of that kind will receive a reply noting that the request falls outside what this publisher does.
Ashworth does not offer crisis support and is not equipped to respond to emergencies. Where a situation is urgent, local emergency services are the appropriate contact.
